On-site production
A tech who stays and makes it work.
Yes. We send a tech to set up and run your equipment, or we bring and run everything.
- A tech who runs your equipment.
- Setup, testing, cueing, and changes on the day.
- We provide whatever is missing.
Three situations
You have nothing yet.
We bring and run it.
The venue has some of it.
We use what works and fill the gaps.
You have your own equipment.
We send a tech to set up and run your gear, or arrange a local one.
What a tech does
- Setup.
- Testing.
- Cueing.
- Changes on the day.
- Teardown.
Bring us in to run your equipment
If you've already figured out the gear, we can be the person who runs it. Tell us what you have and where it's going.
The tech takes direction from you and your timeline, and stays until the event is over.
For larger events
We help shape the timeline and run a production run-through before the event, so everyone has seen the cues, the slides, the videos, and the mic positions before doors open.
Something not listed?
If it's part of your event's technology, ask. With enough lead time, we handle it ourselves or coordinate it with a trusted partner, and we tell you which.
We'll tell you up front what we do ourselves and what a partner does, and we'll say so if something needs more time than you have.
What we don't do
Run-of-show writing with no technology attached. We direct the technology for events we produce.
Where this fits
Common questions
Can you run our equipment?
Yes. Tell us what you have.
Can you work from our production order?
Yes. We follow your timeline and run a production run-through before the day.
Do you travel?
Yes. We're based in Bryan/College Station and have produced events outside the Brazos Valley.
Do you rent equipment without a tech?
Our equipment normally comes with a tech who sets it up and runs it. If equipment alone fits your budget better, ask us and we'll quote it.
How fast do you reply?
The same business day.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, and we can provide a certificate.
