Associations & recurring events

Your events travel. So can we.

We work from your production order, help shape the timeline, and run the technology, so your events run the way you planned, wherever they are.

  • Technical production direction, included with delivery.
  • Built for events that repeat.
  • One clear price per event.

How we work with you

  1. We start from your production order.

We read it, ask questions, and help shape the timeline with your coordinator.

  2. We build the technical plan.

Sound, slides, video, lighting, and cues for each session. Setup and testing time is built into the plan, not squeezed around it.

  3. We run a production run-through

before the event, so everyone has seen the cues, the slides, the videos, and the mic positions before doors open.

  4. We run it, and we stay.

A tech lead on site through the event.

How we deliver in your city

We scope each event for its size and budget. Sometimes one of us travels and local crew is arranged for the event. Sometimes we arrange local crew and rented gear and direct the work from here. If you already ship your own gear, we can arrange a local technician to set up and tear down. See On-site production, Sound & presentation, and Connectivity & power for what we can bring.

One price per event

  • Each event gets one itemized estimate, written in plain language, with everything on one page.
  • If your events are consistent, the price is consistent. If the needs change, the price adjusts.
  • Send us the hotel's AV quote and we'll put the two side by side.

Work like this

This is work we do: a large association event outside our home region, run from the production order, with intro music, slides and video, lighting, and panel discussions.

What we need to quote

Lighting, live streaming, and reliable internet are the bigger line items, so it helps to raise them early.

  • The event name and date.
  • The city and venue.
  • The production order or agenda.
  • Roughly how many people.
  • What the venue provides.
  • What you want included: sound, slides and video, lighting, live streaming, internet and power, media preparation.
  • Your budget range, if you have one.

Common questions

Do you travel to our city?

Yes. Tell us where and we'll scope how.

How do you handle crew in other cities?

It depends mostly on how complex your event is, then on budget. Sometimes we travel. Sometimes we coordinate and find local providers. We'll tell you which we'd recommend and why.

What if our budget is small?

Tell us what you have. We'll scope the lightest version that works: for example, arranging a local technician to set up and tear down your own gear.

How does pricing work for recurring events?

One itemized estimate per event. If your events are consistent, the price is consistent. If the needs change, the price adjusts.

Can you work from our production order?

Yes. We work from it and help shape the timeline.

How fast do you reply?

The same business day.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, and we can provide a certificate.

Tell us what's happening.

We reply the same business day.
