This policy explains what information Breeze AV LLC, doing business as Breeze AV ("we," "us"), collects through breezeav.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're an event technology company in Bryan/College Station, Texas. We've kept this short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
What you send us. When you use a form on this site (a quote or inquiry, or an application to join our team), we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and the details of your request, such as what's happening, where, when, and about how many people. Please don't put payment card numbers or government ID numbers in a form.
If you hire us. We collect the further details needed to plan, run, and bill your event, such as venue, schedule, contacts, and billing information. That happens under your agreement with us, not through this website.
What our hosting provider records automatically. Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use these to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you across other sites. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare quotes and estimates.
- To follow up on your request, including automated reminder emails about it.
- To plan, deliver, and invoice events.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
If you ask us to stop emailing you, we will.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
We use service providers to run the business: website hosting, email, our event-management and accounting software, and file storage. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
If we bring in a technician or contractor for your event, we share only what they need to do the job, such as the time, the location, and the on-site contacts.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries that don't lead to an event for a limited time. We keep event records for as long as business, tax, and legal requirements call for.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. We'll honor requests we're able to verify and that the law doesn't require us to decline, wherever you live. Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults planning events. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Our pages link to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don't control them.
