Breeze AV started because I noticed that running the technology came easily to me, and it took a big weight off other people's shoulders. My career has been in software and technology, alongside a lifetime on church worship teams, as a volunteer and as a professional. That is where I learned how much audio, visual, and technology can shape a meaningful moment. It is also where I learned to serve the moment without taking it over. Event technology can feel complex, mysterious, and heavy to the people responsible for it. I found I could bring clarity, order, and excellence to it. I like carrying all of it, not just part of it, so people can relax and do what they do best.

We like creating environments where people are focused, friendly, and helpful. We bring skills, knowledge, and experience that make things possible that felt out of reach. I also love training and teaching others to work excellently. So I built Breeze AV around a culture of excellent execution and customer service, where people grow in those skills and values. Along the way, they earn a great wage and serve people at a high level.
