For coordinators
Hand us the technology. Do what you do best.
One more person who has it handled. One call covers sound, screens, music, and internet. We plan with you or your client directly, keep everyone on the same page, and show up on your team.
- One point of contact for all the technology.
- A plan you can see before the day.
- A confident MC when a moment needs one.
Bring us in early
Come with the event, not the equipment list. Tell us the impact you want, and we'll help define the technology it takes to get there.
You don't need to know whether it's a screen, a projector, or a wall of video. Describe what the room should feel like, and we'll work out the rest.
See what we can bring on Sound & presentation, Connectivity & power, and On-site production.
How we work with you
Before
- Send us the date, venue, headcount, and your timeline.
- We ask the layout questions clients don't think of. Where do the stage, seating, and dance floor sit? Where does power come from? Indoors or out?
- You see the plan before the day, in our client portal or in the platform you already use.
Day of
- We arrive and set up well before guests.
- A Breeze tech lead is on site for all the technology, so you don't have to manage it.
- We follow your timeline and take our cues from you.
After
- We tear down and leave the space as we found it.
- We'd like your notes: what worked, what you'd change.
One place for every event
If you plan more than one event with us, you can see them all in one place. That includes schedules, plans, and updates, with room for comments, so everyone works from the same version. Prefer your own platform? We'll work there instead.
What we need from you
- The date, venue, and headcount.
- Your run of show or timeline, as soon as you have a draft.
- Venue contact and load-in details.
- A contact for the day, and how you'd like us to reach you. On the day, you work with the tech lead on site.
- A rough idea of the impact you want, even if you're not sure what technology it needs.
Extras coordinators ask for
- Extra speakers for spread-out or outdoor layouts.
- Backup power for the sound system, and often needed at private homes and other venues without reliable power.
- MC for announcements and transitions.
- Internet and connectivity scoped to what your event needs.
- Help defining the technology tell us the impact you want and we'll recommend what it takes.
- Lighting, screens, and slideshows: we handle lighting ourselves or with a partner, and take on the work of figuring out what your event needs.
Common questions
How fast do you reply?
The same business day.
Who do we talk to?
A Breeze contact for planning. On the day, our tech lead on site, plus a number to reach us.
Do you work with our clients directly?
However you prefer. For weddings, we most often work directly with the couple and bring you in only when we need you. For corporate and other events, we talk with whoever you name. Tell us who to talk to and we'll follow your lead.
Can we book for our client?
Yes. We're happy to book through you.
Will you MC?
Yes, confidently and in support of your timeline, whenever a moment needs it.
What if a client wants a mixing DJ or an entertainer?
That's a different kind of vendor. We MC confidently and in support of your day, but we don't mix live or perform. If that's what a client wants, we'll say so up front.
What about a difficult venue?
We ask the layout questions up front and add speakers or backup power when the space needs it.
Do you carry insurance and can you provide a certificate?
Yes. We carry insurance and can provide a certificate.
