Connectivity & power
Internet and power, wherever you are.
We design, install, and support temporary internet and power for events, scoped to your site and your crowd.
- Remote venues, outdoor sites, and several properties.
- Scoped to your site, not a one-size kit.
- Works with the audio and presentation we're already running.
What this is
Breeze AV designs, installs, and supports temporary Wi-Fi, internet, and power for events in Bryan/College Station and across Central Texas. That includes remote ranches, outdoor venues, and multi-property retreats, including retreat centers around Brenham, Giddings, Buffalo, Conroe, and The Woodlands. We scope each event for its site and its crowd, and we run it alongside the audio we already provide.
Three situations
There's no connection.
A ranch, a field, a remote property. We bring and install internet for the event.
There's a connection, but it can't carry the event.
A house or small venue, a lot of devices, a stream or a presentation. We add the capacity and plan around it.
It can't be allowed to fail.
A keynote, a registration desk, a live moment. We provide multiple connections, with layers of failover protection matched to how much the moment matters.
How it works
Tell us about the site and the crowd.
Where it is, how many people, what they'll do online, what must not fail.
We design and quote.
One plan, itemized in plain language.
We install, and we stay.
We set it up before the event and support it while it runs.
More than one site?
Retreats and gatherings across several properties are scoped site by site, with one plan and one point of contact. See Retreats and multi-site gatherings.
Power
Power is part of the plan. We bring power for the technology we run, with backup, and we plan power for the wider event with you. For larger needs, we coordinate a power provider.
One team, one plan
Because we're already running your audio and presentation, internet and power are planned with them, not bolted on.
See Sound & presentation and On-site production.
What we'll ask you
- How many sites.
- How many people, and how many devices.
- What they'll do online: presenting, streaming, registration, ordinary browsing.
- What must not fail.
- Power at each site.
- Your dates.
Common questions
Can you set up Wi-Fi for our event?
Yes. We scope temporary internet and Wi-Fi for your site. Tell us the location and crowd size and we'll say what fits.
What kind of internet is it?
Depending on the site, satellite, cellular, your venue's own wired connection and local network, or a combination. We choose what fits your location and tell you why.
Do you guarantee speeds?
We don't promise numbers we can't verify before we've seen your site. We scope for your crowd and tell you plainly what to expect.
How much notice do you need?
The sooner the better. Short timelines are fine; rush work is priced to match.
Can you cover several properties?
Yes, scoped site by site.
Is power included?
Power for the technology we run is part of every plan, with backup. Anything more is scoped with your site.
Can you bring a generator?
Yes, where the venue allows it. Tell us what you need to power.
What if the connection drops?
We plan for it. We can provide multiple connections with layered failover, depending on how critical your event is.
How do you price it?
Scoped per site and per event. Tell us about it and we'll send an itemized estimate.
How fast do you reply?
The same business day.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, and we can provide a certificate.
